On behalf of Ashley Weir I wish to provide you with a very positive recommendation.
For several years Ashley worked with me in my state certified family child care business, caring for infants and toddlers in a group setting. Initially, Ashley visited as a teachers’ aide, playing with the children who ranged in ages from three months to three years old. As the years went on Ashley worked part-time when public school was not in session and during the summers. Ashley worked full-time eventually, even as she attended college and became an EMT (emergency medical technician).
Ashley assisted me in all aspects of the daily needs of small children, from changing diapers and preparing meals to organizing activities, supervising outings and teaching life skills to the children. She is an employer’s dream employee: prompt, responsible, reliable, cooperative and able to work well with other staff. She is respectful, shows initiative and has a great sense of humor. Ashley has a positive attitude and outlook on any situation.
I have found Ashley to be honest. Her integrity is solid. I can entrust any job or task to her and I know that she will accomplish whatever is asked of her. She possesses all of the necessary leadership skills and qualities that I believe an emergency response person needs. Ashley has mastered the fine art of "balance" when dealing with others; she is assertive but not pushy or aggressive and leads by example. In a quiet, unassuming manner Ashley demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to relate effectively to persons of varying interests and cultural backgrounds.
